[October 2020] A Getaway – Amygdala

He slightly tilted his head sideways to avoid blows to the chin, and rushed in. That’s what his amygdala told him to do and that’s how he acted. His skull was being torn apart as the bridge was collapsing. How in the hell he managed to load a few paraphernalia onto the wind wagon and keep staring at the horizon remains somewhat a mystery.
